Refund & Return Policy At E-Bike Panel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 1. Return Eligibility You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are: - Unused, undamaged and in original packaging - Complete with all accessories, manuals and tags - Not customized or specially ordered for you Items that show signs of use, damage or missing parts may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. 2. E-Bike Panel is not responsible for items lost during return transit. 4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 5. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require a new order to be placed. 6.
